I have noticed that if I drink, there are several metrics that change ... quite inspiring to cut back! Resting heart rate increases by significant amounts in the region of 10 to 15 bpm, stress score goes up 1 grade and sleep is poor. Perhaps an App that puts this together and warns you to cut down could be useful? Take the place of AA I know there were suggestions for a COVID App, not sure if it ever materialised. I recon these biometric Apps are not far off for a variety of conditions.
