Can't sync music

Windows PC, music stored in iTunes. Logged in to iTunes.

I selected a couple of small playlists, I try to send and a few files go, but then I get an error.

Any way to sync the whole playlist? I was having pay issues with the watch so did a factory reset and lost the prior playlists.

I have found that despite the error messages, sometimes the tracks do make it across - I use iTunes (now called Music) on a Mac, but the process is the same. I know that some tracks are on both playlists, but have never checked whether that’s the cause of the message.

Thank you. In Garmin Express it looked like there were almost no items in the playlists. I'll check when I get home tonight (no earbuds with me).

Almost no songs on device, I'll try syncing a few more times.
