Official Garmin watch faces don't support the Fenix 6, why?

I suspect they are mostly older watch faces that were made before the larger screen size of the Fenix 6 was available.

Sorry, you're right! I overlooked that.

Still, your link is the right way to contact Garmin and ask if they can adapt the design for new devices. However, I believe that they will not do that.

For Garmin newcomers, it is worth mentioning that Garmin itself publishes some apps in the appstore, but the vast majority of all apps in the IQ appstore were NOT developed by Garmin. Garmin only provides the platform. Most apps are developed by private individuals who have it as a hobby. Many thanks to the developers for this. They are very often happy to respond to suggestions for improvement, and work with users on problems.

Unfortunately, when I personally contacted them via the "contact devoloper" link on apps developed by Garmin itself, I never received a response.

For the little I learnt so far on the Garmin world (I'm a recent user/client of Fenix 6) is that Garmin doesn't put too much care on the Application/Software side of things, honestly. It is all "amateur" compared with other brands and ecosystems I was used to. Actually....just take the multiple Garmin Apps and the messy way the Sync is managed in the ecosystem....I was scared ! The same applies then to watchfaces and stuff in the IQ store where Garmin is even the Developer.... no surprise. Nothing is polished.

There are some apps from Garmin in the IQ Store. However, the majority are not from Garmin.
