Sync problems since 19.20

Since the latest update I can no more sync my watch (Fenix 6X PRO Solar) with bluetooth or on USB sync.

When I plug the watch on the computer, the watchface changes to charging/sync but the garmin express doesn't detect the watch.

When I unplug it the watch is hung and I have to press the light button during 25secs in order to restart the watch.

The bluetooth sync is tricky it most often I have sync error (file transfer error) other time it sync but it take up to 5mins.

I did not have such behavior prior to the latest update.

I'm using iPhone 11

  • Contacted the support and made a Master Reset. After that WLan connections can still not be found (after that I have to restart the watch by soft Reset pressing 5sec LIGHT button, since watch is not connected anymore by Bluetooth). 

    USB connection to GE still not possible.
