Sync problems since 19.20

Since the latest update I can no more sync my watch (Fenix 6X PRO Solar) with bluetooth or on USB sync.

When I plug the watch on the computer, the watchface changes to charging/sync but the garmin express doesn't detect the watch.

When I unplug it the watch is hung and I have to press the light button during 25secs in order to restart the watch.

The bluetooth sync is tricky it most often I have sync error (file transfer error) other time it sync but it take up to 5mins.

I did not have such behavior prior to the latest update.

I'm using iPhone 11

Hi

After a few hard reset I'm now able to sync with bluetooth but no wlan and no GE too.

Tried a hard reset? I know it's a pain, but the only thing left to try, I guess.

I forgot to mention that when the watch is connected to the computer, I cannot access the internal storage and when syncing is too long with the phone, I have the following error :

internallnconsistency(message :"UL:Uppload Connect file expected syncData for ReadDeviceFileData.243-12)

yes already tried hard reset, I'm thinking in downgrading to previous fw version.

Did you update it view GE (USB) or OTA?

I did the usb update with GE

I usually try to avoid updating via GE, USB-connection only needs to have a bad day once, to screw your device during an update process. Maybe instead of downgrading you can try to re-install 19.20?

I am using Android, but had some issues with syncing with 19.20. Reinstalled the Garmin Connect app, now working fine.

Same with my Fenix 6x Pro after update to 19.20.

No Wlan

No USB connection to GE.
