Hey,
My Fenix 6 watch updated to 4.46.0.24 firmware version.
Since the update when recording/doing an activity (running or cardio) my training effect and calorie count are nearly non-existent (very low).
Two identical runs:
First run (pre update) is Exercise Load 125 and Aerobic 3.4
Second run (post update is Exercise Load 13 and Aerobic 1.0
Total time difference between the two runs was 4 seconds and average HR was 2 beats difference.
Today did a 30 Minute wattbike at 40Km/Hour and 6x3 Rounds of Boxing and my Exercise Load is 1 with no Aerobic or Anaerobic benefit.
Can someone advise on how to remedy this?
