Garmin Fenix 6X froze on me while saving a 1/2 Iron Man, any chance that the fit file can be repaired?

As I said in the title, the damn watch froze after 5:40 h of effort. Waited for a good 15 minutes before restarting it, to no avail. Is there any way to repair the file or extract the contents?

There was a thread on here before of someone who offered to manually fix fit files. Hopefully someone can pipe uo!

GoldenCheetah imported them without complaining so I re-exported them...Archive.zip

About 2km swim + 90 km bike + 21 km run, so this seems about right.
