If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. It is likely corrupt. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.
Alternatively, you can try to fix it on your own using one of the online repair sites such as FIT File Tools. Sometimes just running the fit file through the section remover without any adjustments will fix simple corruption issues.
Hi seilogramp,
Please find attached the file. It seems it is corrupted. It took quite a bit to save when I finished the activity.
big one 6.14MB
No kidding. Humongous! Can you give us some background on this? Date of start & end? Expected time and distance? It's almost like it thinks it's a multi-sport activity.
Still processing...

Is Ultra Trail of Monte Rosa . I think now you have already seen start, end and distance
Thank you for very much for the fixed file! Now I could upload to Garmin connect. Do you know how I could avoid the issues of the hrm-pro strap?
It would be great next time I can have the data of the strap . Is much more reliable that the wrist sensor.
And thank you for the congratulations

Yes. If the strap was connected throughout the activity you do not need to, and should not, download data from the watch, You only need download data from the watch if the two are separated for the activity or when swimming.
