Fenix 6 Pro Solar looses pairing to Garmin Connect every day

My Garmin Fenix 6 Pro Solar looses every day the pairing ot my phone. It is showing a the coupling code and claims after a time out that the pairing was not successful.

Deleting the watch from the Garmin Connect app gives silence for a day.

What can be to stop this behavior?

Make sure your phone isn't in battery saving mode if its not then make sure battery optimization for garmin connect app is turned off.

(Huawei and xiaomi) phones have this types of restrictions out…

Update: Some days ago the Smartwatch got a Firmware update. Since that there was no further occurence of pairing requests. So I would assume it works ... hopefully sustainable.

You can try a couple of things on your watch:

- Hard Reset: Hold down your top left button until your watch shuts off then let go.

- Reset: In the System > Reset menu

Do you have it paired with any other device, I found my 6X would lose pairing with my mobile if it detected my tablet? Removed the 6X from the tablet and no further dropouts. Cheerz :) :D ;)

I have tried this several times in the past, without any effect.

Nope, Fenix is just paired to my mobile. In the past I had two Fenix paired with one mobile, meanwhile I one was sold but this did not change the habbit.

Okay, I gave that a try. But it did not last for long ... there was just one difference, a Widget opened stating to enter the number shown on the watch.

With disconnection from charging the watch again asked for a new pairing connection, the Huawei battey safe mode is disabled and did not found a MAC auto update.
