Fenix6s solar doesn't have sleep score on app.

Fenix6s solar doesn't have sleep score on app. My son's fenix 6s does. I have tried updating app and deleting and reinstalling.

Can anyone help?

Connect to a PC/Mac via cable and run Garmin Express - your's is probably on an older firmware update and the best way to get the current one quickly is via cable.

have you been updated to latest firmware? My understanding is it only works once you've been updated\

Why would his update and mine not? They are both on automatic update.

Go to settings - About on both and see what version f/w they report

Updates are distributed based on serial numbers in waves, some get them early, some have to wait.
