I would say that it is decent quality and worth the money. It's comfortable and works well and it looks nice. I use it when I'm going to a party or something like that and I want a less casual look than fluorescent orange rubber :-)
I wouldn't use it for strenuous outdoor activities as the quickfit clips are smaller than OEM so it seems like retention wouldn't be as good in extreme situations.
