I recently started running after long gap. I couldn't understand whether it is advising me to do high aerobic activities or I did too much high aerobic activities.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

It is saying that you are doing too much High Aerobic. Although I would rather express it as you need to do more Low Aerobic activities to balance out your High Aerobic
However, if you have recently restarted running, I suspect that your heart rate is just high for the given pace, given your lack of running fitness. You may find after a few more runs, your heart rate may drop, and runs that were classified as High Aerobic may be classified Low Aerobic.
mcalista You spot on!! You are absolutely right. My heart rate indeed very high even for a small run since I recently getting back to workouts after long gap. So, I will continue run activities and hoping that over the period of time, my heart rate may drop to ideal rate. I am doing walking on zone 2 as Hiking activity in order to avoid V02Max calculation for recovery.
Thank you so much.
Thank you. That gives me more detailed information.
