I have a Fenix 6X Pro Solar, that works fine. I actually run a SW 18.77. I did not check continuosly the Intensity Solar widget, I did it the firsts times just to control the new feature and then, seeing it worked, I did not care too much. Last day, I instead check it and surprise, in the fully shine daylight ,bluesky, any graph was present on my screen. The battery was not fully charged and all the conditions to have it working properly were present. I can see a barely, tiny graph as you can see from the attached picture.
Do this kind of thing happen to someone out there? Do you think is it a SW or HW issue? Should I contact Garmin Service via web in order to request a substitution, being my unit still under warranty?
Other issue, I do not receive any message of Dynamic Pod connected when I finish a running workout. In the past, in a precise manner, after switching off my running workout, came the remind, my Running dynamic pod was connected, so, I did not forget it on my pants and went in the washing machine. Since last year, I would say, this message is disappeared
, even if my Pod working great and it is connected. Any advise?
