Barometer symbol

Hi all, on my 6x in barometer mode ther is always symbol of cloud with rain. Why is that so? We have not seen rain for months here :)

Before the Fenix 6, I always had the barometer trend arrow on the watch face, but now there's this neat baro graph on the watch face if you configure it that way. So I had not looked at the baro widget…

Hello,

Initially I thought the same (rain!) and as I live in Scotland this seemed mostly accurate. ;)

However, if you look closely it’s actually a little up and down arrow, signifying the rise and fall of local air pressure.

I see. You are right and I need glasses :) But why are two opposite arrows? Shouldn’t it be just one direction indicating pressure tendency? Yes, you are right and I need glasses :). But why two opposite arrows? Shouldn’t it be only one (up or down) indicating pressure tendency?

The icon is static, not animated, so showing both arrows makes sense from this perspective.

So I had not looked at the baro widget that closely, and also interpreted it as 'rain'. It seemed strange, the trend was up. Now I see it, thanks for explaining!
