Weird backlight behavior

I set backlight to turn on via key, gesture, and alert after sunset both during activities and not. On a 6 Solar, pressing a key is turning the backlight on even before sunset and gesture is not turning on the light even after sunset. I’ve tried powering off/on, syncing with GCM, syncing with Express, and getting a GPS fix (sunset time shows correctly) with no fix. Any ideas?

It's worth double checking that you have the same settings for both During Activity and Not During Activity.

Other possibilities are During Sleep hours settings.

Also, whether some of the Power Manager settings are overriding the backlight. They should generally be Don't Change.

Even myself problem. the backlight no longer responds to the gesture. Even if you change the brightness values in the "not during training," settings, the brightness does not change. What happened? There is no power maneger profile set.
