This is not so much a question, but a (for me) interesting observation and feedback:
In the past year or so I almost never got a Body Battery value above 80 or so. Bad and too little sleep, low energy, all of this.
I recently (around the beginning of august) started a therapy with herbs, acupuncture, and new diet (TCM = traditional chinese medicine). No more beer in the evening, even coffee is substituted with some funny Chi-coffee ;-) The therapy is rather intense, so my training (running, trails, roadbike) gets lower prio now. I move daily, but without high intensity or volume.
I try to give the body the time to rest and recover, get rid of stuff, etc / I see loss of weight already, but feel a positive change.
Now for the garmin stuff: over the last week I get more and better sleep. I allow myself to sleep in on weekends and get the rest I need. The surprising observation is that I now often see 99 or even 100 for BB when I put the F6Xpro on in the morning (I don't wear it while sleep, it's too big and heavy for the night IMO). And it stays high for longer during the day .. I seem to keep my energy longer.
Today I even measured LHR 36 in the morning, that is 3 beats less than my former lowest measurement.
Normally I don't follow the "daily suggestion" for running, I mostly follow my own training plan. But I recently look at it just out of interest. Even as I have BB around 100 now more or less daily it suggests "Recovery" for the last 4 or 5 days ;-) Maybe the algorithm is confused somehow, I don't know. Yes, I did NOT rest the last days, but the activities were low intensity compared to what I did in the first months of the year or so.
I am absolutely aware that all the measurements and calculations can't be 100% accurate for every individual etc / I also don't complain about anything. I just wanted to share this experience with others.
