How do Power Zone and HR Zone datafield rounding work?

When it shows 4.6 on a datafield during a ride, is time in that zone rounded up and considered a 5 for the purposes of the ride summary in Connect or rounded down to a 4?

It's not rounded at all. Anything 4.0 to 4.9 is still in you're zone 4 and that's what it will display in Connect. 4.6 is just displaying you're slightly more than the midway mark of that zone.
