Nine sprints of 0.1mi at a 5.35min/mi pace. Likely to have something like a minute rest between sprints.

My question is, what does it mean by rest? Go back to 10:20 pace? walk? slow jog? Stop?

At first I didn't know what to do during the rests so I used them to get up to speed before the next interval, the pace for them is set so high that I needed time to get up to speed well before the intervals started. Which is not at all what you should do, so it would have been helpful if there were a comment in the workout saying "walk or rest".
Thanks!! I tried that today and it worked out well!
