fenix 6pro X - Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

When I plugin my watch to update with my Connect desktop app I get the above error. I'm running Windows 10, it is completely updated as of 08/08/2021 and I have tried disabling fast start in power options, deleting and reinstalling the drivers, and changing USB ports. Nothing changes and I cannot update my watch because of this. Does anyone have a fix or idea why this is happing?
