Hello, I have a problem with USB MTP mode! I use Win 10 on both my laptops. My F6 is at 16.70. I have 3 cables / two Garmin original /. Garmin Express version 7.7.1.0 is installed on both laptops. The problem is that for about a week now I have had a problem with the connection between the F6 and the computers. The watch is not recognized as F6, only the charging mode is connected. I cleaned all the connectors, exchanged cables and the laptops themselves. I exchange the seats of USB. I do not use any extensions or hubs.
Only a soft reset helps temporarily, as F6 is recognized by Win 10. But the next time I plug in the cable, the problems start again.
I did not do a factory reset.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
Any advice ... or send it to a service center?
