Fenix 6 pro solar spotify failing to synch?

I have just received it today. Have tried resetting both the watch and iPhone, uninstalling the app, logging out but every time it begins sync doesn’t go past 0% before coming up “sync fail”???
have been going at if for a few hours with no success and have tried multiple ‘possible solutions’ on forums

It works best if you plug your watch in and charge it while having it as close as possible to your Wi-Fi modem. I will plug my Fenix 6X Pro Solar in about 1 foot away right beside my Wi-Fi router and more…

Connect to Garmin Express and sync there first.

It works best if you plug your watch in and charge it while having it as close as possible to your Wi-Fi modem. I will plug my Fenix 6X Pro Solar in about 1 foot away right beside my Wi-Fi router and more than not, I will have no issues downloading large playlists with 100+ songs.

G’day Chris, thanks for the help but I followed all the steps on that link including fully charging, leaving it on charge next to the router.

I am really sorry the Spotify download issue continues. Have you tried using any other open Wi-Fi to try to download Spotify?
