My custom watch band idea

So I got the Saphire pro with the orange watch band. Didn't like the plastic feel of it. So I decided to order watch pins and a 20mm stainless steel watch adapter from uncle Ali and proceded to mount the stainless steel Leatherman Tread (wearable multitool) that I had lying around to make my Fenix 6 pro even more versatile. This is the result.

Lol, shows one can never be first. Leatherman should sell their own watch adapters imo, but then no one would buy their Tempo I guess. Happy with the result anyway.

Not sure I'd ever actually want to take off my watch and use it as a screwdriver, but it's a very cool idea anyways!

Hi, i really like your idea :) How did you find these parts at ali?

I have bought some adapters but they does not fit as good as I have imagined.

What's more your idea looks more solid & doesn't waste space on wrist.

And selected the 26mm version (I have tactix delta, you'd need 26mm too for a 6x) My only complaint is that I have about a millimeter of play side to side on the spring bar. Otherwise mine is as solid as I'd need it to be. To wasting space, yep. My guess was the non-quick detatch version would save me some space but not really. I've got my four favorite links and a bunch left in the box.

Side note: I love the wear on your band! I've had mine for a few months and I'm still careful with it.
