Fenix 6 Pro - menu/up button turned mushy and not working anymore

Yes call support and ask for a replace. This shouldnt happen.

I have delivered mine to warranty service of the retailer (they will just re-deliver it to Garmin service). Hoping for replacement, because I feel really uncomfortable about thought that they will open it up, try to fix the button and mess up whole water resistance and it will have other issues afterwards. So really really reaaaaally hoping for replacement.

I bought mine in Australia 2020 so I’m sure it is way out of warranty…the menu/up button literally just stopped working at all three days before Christmas just gone. Never had an issue with my watch previously.

I tried soaking it in lukewarm soapy water then rinsing and letting dry as I do wear it all of the time in the pool and have also worn it on very rare occasions in the salt water at the beach. 

I’m  guessing my only option now is to send it to Garmin Australia and leave it to the gods?

Is there a ball park figure on how much this may set me back for the repair?

Did you get an update on this? I have the same issue and putting up with it. It is a shame can’t edit data fields and access some of the training courses etc I used to love using
