Problem with Bluetooth earphones

I need help, when I connect earphones JBL TWS 280 to the Garmin( Fenix 6 pro) watch they are to loud and I can't low down the music.

On your watch, if you long hold your middle left button, you should be able to access volume control. If you are not able to adjust the volume, then that specific JBL model is not fully compatible.
