Garmin Tactix Delta Solar

Hello,

The sun indicator of my garmin tactix delta solar device is not working after the last update, I formatted it twice and it didn't work. Is it a hardware thing?

Will it go away when the software update comes?

Can you help me?

I have the same issue, no matter the direct sunlight level, my TDS doesn't register any sunlight at all anymore. Is this a know issue with a fix?

I am sorry you have the issue. If resetting your watch through the System > Reset menu does not resolve the issue, your watch solar charging will most likely not work again and your watch will need to be exchanged through Outdoor Product Support in your region for another recertified Tactix Delta watch or a new watch purchased.
