I'm looking for some confirmation of this behaviour, whether a bug or by design (looks unintended to me). I'm using 16.70.
I've added a new (Talkytoaster supplied) map to the watch, and enabled it for some activities but not all.
Now, when I look at the map of a previously recorded activity, via the (last) activities widget, it doesn't seem to use the map selections of that particular activity type, but the selections of that last recorded activity.
For example, the OSM map is enabled for trail running, but not road running. If I briefly start and stop a trail running activity, and open a previously recorded road running activity map, I get the OSM map, however if I briefly start and stop a road running activity, and open the same previously recording road running activity map, I get the Garmin map.
Anyone else?
