Fenix 6X Pro, Solar Charging problem

I know I not the only one with issues for the Fenix 6X solar pro, where the solar charging suddenly stopped working. I contacted Garmin and got a refurbished one instead. However, that "new" watch netiher have a working solar charging. I once more contacted Garmin and the response was that this is a known error and they are looking into it, but I will not receive a new/another watch!

Have any of you received a similar unsatisfactory response?

my experience with the Fenix 6x titanium, the first one was exchanged for nine after barely a year, this watch remained in its packaging because the titanium scratches too easily, one day I take it out and again no solar charge Garmin sends me back a watch in a box without any protection. I have no doubts that this will happen again.

Same problem here Garmin fenix 6X pro solar bought last August. Does not charge in direct sunlight.

There cs support is beyond usless, I contacted them not only did they not ackownlodge the problem but they are not helpful at all. After spending this much money with yh titanium strap I am completely amazed at how they treat their customers. My watch is now not solar charge done all the hard soft reset. And they expect me to pay for my repair. I don't think I will buy from this POS company again

I am sorry your Fenix 6 Solar series watch has stopped solar charging. Your regional Outdoor Product Support in your country will go by your warranty when quoting you. If you bought your watch in another country, it could be a factor too since you are working with an authorized vendor in your country.

My watch is legit not a parelle import and they had my records on there system. It's just a matter of support and treating your customers with respect.

If your records are within the system, product support would provide you information based on the purchase date.

I am sorry if you were given wrong information. If that is the case, please re-contact your regional Outdoor Product Support and request to speak with a supervisor who can re-look at your records for you.
