This is a Technogym MyRun question if anyone else who has one can help please?

I have set my Fenix 6 up as a heart rate monitor for activity, all good so far. But I can’t get the Fenix to pair with the iPad. I can get to the point of pairing but it fails every time.
I saw mention somewhere that the Fenix can only connect to one device at a time. But as the MyRun app is only for tablets I can’t run it from the iPhone so seem stymied. I can’t do a factory reset and then pair the iPad with Fenix as its main device - and back again - every time I want to run on the treadmill. Any bright sparks out there able to help please? Shrug

  • So you have Fenix running the Treadmill Activity, and HR Broadcasting turned on, and then MyRun app on iPad and trying to pair Fenix via BT on iPad... is that the scenario?

  • Yes that’s it. The Fenix will happily act as the go-between ( as if it was a polar hr monitor) via its Virtual Run activity. And that’s essential to control the speed of the MyRun. But it asks to be paired with the iPad in order to record the activity but can’t because it’s already paired with the iPhone. A really clunky work around us to wear both Fenix to feed the hr to control the MyRun and the iwatch to record the activity. Congrats if you kept up! Rofl

  • Turn off Bluetooth on the phone?

  • We have can android tablet, a hackws amazon fire, running myrun, and I just turn on treadmill on my fenix 6, then pair the watches hr broadcaster, before I start the run in my run. I've taken the feeds from both a bt and ant strap, and it feeds it to the myrun app fine. I did once use the treadmill as a footpod to the fenix, without the myrun app, but I like the app to control the treadmill. I've never used the fenix to control the treadmill, though I would if I could work out how
