TopoActive Europe 2021.10 Cannot be installed

Hi guys,

I'm unable to update the maps on my watch (6 pro solar).
Both Mac and Windows OS throw the same error (see the red toast).

On my watch the software is updated, other maps (ski maps) did update well. Nevertheless, there are 19Gb free space but maps do not even download to my computer.

After a few min of waiting I that:

Garmin Express is 7.7.0.

Please try the following: Full Uninstall of Garmin Express/Garmin Express Fails to Uninstall then try downloading the map update again.

That does not help. Any other ideas?

At this point, I will need to deep dive your issue to get to the bottom of the cause. Thankfully, Garmin Express generates log files that will most likely give us the answer so we can get you resolved. I am sending you a direct Private Message. I will be happy to work with you further.

Dear Chris, I have same problem with my Fenix 6sPro. It's not possible to load Europe maps update on my Fenix. Skimaps and corurseview maps did update well. Could you give the solution? Lind regards.
