Fenix 6 Pro solar Altitude problem

Ny name is svilen first time using garmin watch and I like it. Now I have issue with altitude. It doesn't measure more them 2000meters. It was calibrated exactly on the sea level. I was at 4500m and still was showing 2000meters. Do someone know what could be the problem?

I can’t remember where but I have seen this being discussed. Something about the altimeter being slow to respond to large rapid changes in altitude. Contact Garmin Support directly they might be aware of the conversation

A bug was reported with the new firmware. When climbing altitude was correct, but after few seconds of freefall the altitude was stuck (few hundred meters below drop altitude). This happens also with the fenix 5 series. Good luck jerome
