Please contact your regional Outdoor Product Support. We will be happy to work with you further. Your watch will need to exchanged if that circle represents dead pixels on your display.

I would say you can't 6 series sapphire sucks, it has some coating that gets damaged easily. Mine looks fare worse (in comparison the F5 looks still as new, at least on the glass).
