I have a Fenix 6 PRO, it won't update

I have had problems with my Fenix 6 PRO since the day I bought it. I have never ever succeeded to update software.
Now several functions are not working. Version mismatch, update software,
But It won't let me update, I have tried Garmin express, Garmin connect... IT DOESN´T WORK.

HATE THIS WATCH.

I've never had cause to use it, myself, but some people suggest the following to force an update....

Is there any other software I can try to update my watch so I can use it or do I have to buy a Suunto.?
