Have a look at the following comparison between Garmins own HR monitors:

I think this is the HRM-RUN model that Eric.K is writing:
-Garmin HRM-Run Monitor Code: 010-10997-08
You may want to consider what your use case is.
Are you going to be using the strap without a connection to the watch (eg. contact sports, swimming), if so then you will want to use Garmin's HRM-TRI or HRM-PRO. If you want this store-and-download later ability, you do need to use a Garmin strap.
If you want Running Dynamics or Running Power, you could add HRM-RUN to that list.
If you just want more accurate and more responsive HR data, then either the H10 or Dual would be fine. I haven't used it myself, but I would lean towards the H10, as it has additional functionality through the Polar phone app.

The Polar H10 is, by feature, almost identical to the Garmin HRM-Dual. The only reasons for selecting a Polar would be that you believe it has better accuracy, better quality or price.
I used Polar for years and Garmin since 2015 I can't really say there are any big differences.
By feature you will get most out of the HRM-Pro but it is also the most expensive. Next time I need to change it will be a HRM-Pro, currently using a HRM-Run.
Thanks for your reply. I would mostly use HRM for running and cycling, and I always carry my Fenix 6 pro with me. The price is important to me, as well as the accuracy, that is, which is the best purchase in relation to what is offered. I am also thinking between HRM-RUN and Polar H10, any recommendation would be welcome. Thanks
HRM-RUN for ANT+ (more stable) as you plan to use it always with a Fenix 6. On the plus side, with HRM you got Running Dynamic, data the Polar cannot provide.

Important note; HRM-Run does, HRM-Dual does not have Running Dynamics.
So a definite recommendation would be in terms of price and quality Garmin HRM-RUN?
How it behaves when used for cycling?
HRM-RUN for cycling is OK, you just cannot swim with it, if required you should go for HRM-PRO.
I started with an HRM-Dual, which worked great. No complaints. I ended up upgrading it to a HRM-Pro so that I could get Running Dynamics data from it (without having to wear an additional RD Pod) and for the ability to record HR during activities without having the watch nearby. Again, it is working great and I have no complaints. Both are fantastic straps, the HRM-Pro just adds more features, but they both measure HR the same (and, in my experience, perfectly).
HRM-Pro essentially combines ALL of the features from ALL of Garmin's other straps, into one strap. So it's like the Fenix of chest straps ;) So if you're having trouble figuring out which strap is right for you, HRM-Pro is a great option because it covers all the bases. It even does dual BLE/Ant+ broadcasting the same as HRM-Dual, so you can connect it to your watch, phone, treadmill, etc simultaneously - an awesome feature because I can see the same HR data on my Sole F80 treadmill display that the watch is also recording.
I have an old HRMrun, HRMdual and a Polar H10. I've compared them a lot with the HR aux data fields. I only see a difference in strength training. Both Garmin can't decrease as fast as the H10 after a set.
At the moment I'm not so interested in running dynamics, so I use H10 as the primary Hrm. The downside with H10 is that I need to replace the battery a couple of times a year.
HRM-RUN for ANT+ (more stable) as you plan to use it always with a Fenix 6.
The Dual has both Bluetooth and ANT+, while the HRM-RUN is ANT+ only. So you can use it either way.
