Fenix 6x Pro - Sensors Not Working Currently on 16.6

Hello,

I'm having problem with my Fenix 6x PRO where sensors like HR, Pulse Ox and other Health sensors (Respiration, Stress, Body Battery) stop working and showing no data recently.

I realized it just got updated to 16.6 and these problems appear after the watch got updated with this SW version.

I am from Malaysia but i bought this watch from Hong Kong and its not covered under Garmin Malaysia warranty. Anyone can help me how to get in touch with Garmin for fix or replacement?

Is there any workaround to get back to previous SW version or factory setting?

What is the differences between these System options?

1) Delete Data and Reset Settings

2) Reset Total

Hi, sorry that you until now did not get any feedback here in that forum...

yes and unfortunately there are some problems with that update 16.60 as well in te german forum, where user had to request a warranty replacement, as all resets did not work at all.

To my knowledge a way back to the previous version is not possible at all...

First I would try on your side, to switch the watch off and then on again. Means to press the light button on top of the left side long time.

This already worked at some user in german forum , and would be the easiest solution ....

This statement is not correct. In general, you can go back to any FW.

If a softreset does not help, I would suggest reinstalling the FW with the webupdater.
Make sure that Express including its background processes is closed beforehand

managed to chat with garmin tech support and we did a reset on my watch yesterday. HR and other sensors are coming back but pulse ox still *** very difficult to get reading.

HR sometimes i have disable and set to auto again as the green flash sensor stop flashing.

Hope there will be a new fix coming from Garmin

update: i have sent back my unit to Garmin Malaysia, hopefully they can fix or replace my unit (*finger crossed)
