Have Had the 6 for over a year. No issues w it running (avg only @ 6miles) but since March auto pause engages WHILE cycling. First found out that an update must have changed auto pause settings from "when stopped" to 3 mph. Fixed that. Called Customer service and updated GPS data file, was sure to have latest software and again on yesterday's ride at least 10 times heard and saw pause engage while moving -sometimes between 10-25 mph.
I know to be sure I select activity and be sure the GPS is green for a few minutes before starting out. In last month moved data recording to every second - didn't help. Issue is not only the distraction of seeing the pause engage when it shouldn't but over a 40-50 mile ride my distance recorded is less than friends w other devices. Any helpful suggestions?
