Not that I know of. It will adjust your optimal training load windows for you based on your fitness & historical data, so after a few weeks there's really no need to adjust them manually.
This function would interest me a lot, too.
Once a week, I do an interval run, and I stop at a certain level of anaerobic training load.
I want to train at loads I determine for myself.
Create custom workouts based on pace/speed and time that will give you the training loads you require.
