tactix firmware on fenix

After hurd rest my fenix 6 is trying to instull tactix firmware and doesn't works. how to fix this?

I called garmin germany today. I get a new watch.

Strange, did you install a tactix beta firmware before?

I'd suggest to install the latest beta from here (NOT for APAC devices):

Then once the 16.60 rolls out, it should update again.

No, it's very strange.

Trying to update, and every time firmware is still 15.20 (97f96aa)

I’ve visited official garmin service today. They doesn’t know what to do. I bought it not in Russia, so the addresses me to global office ♂️
