Added sleep tracking widget with sleep score and insights by Firstbeat Analytics
Added the ability to rate the perceived effort and feel of a Run, Bike, or Swim activity. The prompts appear during activity save. Go to [Activity] Settings > Self Evaluation for options

Yep the sleep tracking + widget added to the 945 is whats been on the F6 for a while. The on device rating would be be very useful so definitely waiting for that.

Advanced sleep tracking has been available for several months already on the F6.

945 finally getting the sleep tracking F6 has had for a while now. The perceived effort first showed up on the 745 and DCR said Garmin is deciding whether to include on F6 - its addition to the 945 makes it seem likely F6 will get it too (and maybe that’s the cause of the super long delay on 16.xx - and maybe the fact that we don’t see it yet on F6 while 945 has gotten could mean F6 also gets health snapshot from Venu 2?). That said, I don’t think perceived effort ratings feed into training status / recovery advisor algorithms so not sure how useful it is.
