vivoactive4/venu now has Chinese support in latest FW. Is it coming soon in non-APAC fenix 6?

To our great surprise my wife's vivoactive 4s (Australia version) on software 5.8 just pops up a notification in perfect Chinese characters (instead of squares). I checked and found this update on vivoactive/venu software update:

- Added support for Thai, Armenian, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese characters on smart notifications and music titles

We tested Japanese and it's also perfect on vivoactive 4s.

It's weird it's not in the latest beta/RC software on fenix 6 and 945 series. Any idea if this is going to be possible soon for non-APAC fenix 6?

    I have FW 5.8 but still cannot display chinese, do you know why?
    I go through the setting once again but there is no any setting regarding this. Thanks.

    Due to SE Asia countries having unique language tile sets, it means all of our Outdoor watches have their own unique to that country software for the language to appear correctly on the watch.

    Consequently, you must buy your Outdoor segment adventure watch in the country that you intend to use the primary language of that country. If you want your watch to display Japanese, you must buy it in Japan. If you want your watch to show you Chinese, you must buy it in Hong Kong, or mainland China etc etc.

    There are major software differences between the functionality of a Fitness segment Venu or Vivoactive watch when you compare them to a Fenix 6 series watch.
