Watch stuck in an unknown watchface, imposible to reset

Hello,

I have a Fenix 6X Pro solar and never had problem with.

A day it dispalyed the watchface from the Tactix even i never downloaded it, and when i use any button from the watch it displayed some irrelevant informations everywhere on the screen

It didn't happened after a synchronisation or else.

I can also go in the system and reset menu, what i've donne multiple times, no effect

I also erased all the files in the watch via the file explorer from windows but i didn't work either.

I've seen on youtube that you could allso make an hard reset by presing simultaneously the START and BACK buttons and then the LIGHT to reboot the watch but i didn't rebooted so i'm not confident with that procedure.

It doesn't sinc anymore

If someone can help that would be very nice.

Master Reset :
Ensure the watch is powered off²
Press and hold the Down, Start, and Back buttons
Power the watch on while holding these buttons
After the first beep release the Start button
After the second beep release the remaining buttons

The watch should now be reset.

²If the watch will not power off, press and hold Light until the screen goes blank. This causes the watch to power off and should only be used when a normal power down is not possible.

Performing a master reset will erase user data.

What do you mean by that ? You have deleted EVERYTHING ?
It is absolutely not a good idea to delete files without knowing what it will result in.

Have you already tried to press (only) the light button for 20 seconds?

Which files have you erased via explorer?

And btw: no CIQ stuff installs itself.

i erased everything, in a video it fixes things as the watch had to all recreate, to boot was long but, in the video, it worked
