The Titanium models have a titanium bezel, all others have a Stainless Steel bezel.
Some people have argued that it could affect GPS accuracy, but I doubt it - otherwise, everyone with one material would be having issues that everyone with the other material aren't having, but that's not the case. Most watches with both bezel materials have GPS that works fine; a few people with both bezel materials are having issues. So it seems unrelated to bezel material.
Also, the Fenix GPS doesn't work any better or worse than the FR945 with a plastic bezel. So in my opinion, bezel has nothing to do with it.
Aside from a few people who have legit serious GPS issues on their watch, most of the time the "different accuracy between users" comes down to different people just having different expectations. I think my GPS works great, but some people here would say my GPS is total crap because it occasionally shows me on the wrong side of the road. Different expectations.
