Tactix delta display difficult to read without backlight

Hi, I recently bought Tactix Delta and I am dissapointed with weak visibility of display without backlight on. I was (and I still am) impressed with the design of the watch, I invested to watch much more than I planned, I was looking something I can wear whole year round, outdoor sports, casual, but also in the office, for important business meetings, etc. Tactix are exactly watches for all purposes. But the display is very very difficult to read, especially indoors. Looking on the watch direcly I can hardly see what they show. Is there any possibility how to increase brightness of the display without turning on backlight?

No. You can try using watchfaces with more contrast in colours.

Saphire glass makes it a bit harder to see but I've never had a problem with it.

It's the nature of the Sapphire glass. I purchased a tactix Delta and returned it because of the dim display due to the Sapphire glass. I also bought and returned a tactix Charlie for the same reason. Very happy with the display quality (brightness, contrast) of the Gorilla Glass crystal on my fenix 6x Pro.

I'd exchange for a Gorilla Glass display if you can - no way to improve the Sapphire display.

:( thanks. Not possible to change unfortunately. Bought it used. So I think I will need to get used to it.

I also tried to set backlight to permanent at 5% but it doesn't work. Or is there any possibility to to enable always on display?

Gesture backlight should turn it on every time you raise the watch to view it. This works very well when you're vertical. It does not work well at all when lying down.

I don't see why that wouldn't work. Settings -Backlight- not during activity - timeout OFF.
