Vibration issue Fenix 6X Pro

So unlucky, my Fenix 6X Pro motor vibration started rattling when it needs a long vibration, when I start a activity and disconnected or connected with my cell phone, the vibration sound was not normal, whitch sounds like some parts was not well mounted or it was off from it's original place inside. I have already call supports and waiting for a response.

I am sorry your vibration mechanism developed a hardware issue on your Fenix 6X Pro watch. It is good to see you have already contacted our Outdoor Product Support. Your watch will need to be replaced when the vibrating mechanism starts rattling or not working at all.

Thank you Chris for your explanation, I've searched here and thought the problem was one year ago and must have been solved. I got my Fenix 6X pro for nearly 3 months, and liked it very much both at sports and commercial wearing. It might take 1month for me to ship it out to German from China and replace one back, though It was a lucky ID ends with 88

Thanks for reply, I've done that already, latest thread was one year ago, mine just brought for less than 3 months.

On my second Fenix 6, first one sent back because of elevation was broken, now this one has developed the rattling vibration sound. I might call and send this one back, I wish you cold do it all online without calling.

elevation was broken? What does that even mean? What I mean to say, its hard to see how just elevation would be broken without other things. Perhaps the pin holes where they allow the air in to test barametric pressure were plugged. this happens with some folks

I got replies from Amazon China, which their product channel is from Amazon Germany for my one they sell. They refused to to anything to my situation,which it was received over 30days limit, no matter what!

elevation is good, stairs climb reads good, I press hard the sensor in the back with long vibrate, the sound seemd a little bit normal, but sitll hard to bear that noise. Shame of Garmin.

They siad they have asked Amazon German, they said this product was not called back from factory and still online to sell, so the Garmin Fenix 6X pro was good, and Amazon China refused to to anything to my situation,which it was received over 30days limit, no matter what!
