Fenix 6 pro solar : solar charging no longer working

Hi,

I've got a new Fenix 6 pro solar for my birthday (end of february). Everything was working fine but since last week end, i have noticed that the solar charging is no longer working..

I made a nice hiking and during all the activity my fenix was exposed to sun. And the widget indicates nothing (level < 25% ).

I made an another test : put the fenix directly in front of the sun : same issue (the same test has been made just after i have received my fenix and level was at 100%).

I made a full reset but i didn't help

I sent a mail to the garmin support but i'm still waiting for an answer.

Any ideas of what can be the issue ?

Same thing happened to my watch last summer. I had to contact garmin support. They were very responsive and I had a replacement within a week of contacting them.

There cs support is beyond usless, I contacted them not only did they not ackownlodge the problem but they are not helpful at all. After spending this much money with yh titanium strap I am completely amazed at how they treat there customers. My watch is now not solar charge done all the hard soft reset. And they expect me to pay for my repair. I don't think I will buy from this POS company again

I also agree my solar charge never solved the problem
