I was able to install new watch until a few days ago. Now the IQ Store app sits at "Installing" but it never completes. I've tried clearing the queue and installing a different face and restarting both the phone and watch. Any ideas?

I've noticed notifications aren't working either but they are turned on for both the phone and watch.
