Amazon music problem

Hi I have a brand new fenix f6 solar, and have both Amazon prime and Amazon music unlimited premium membership. 

Everyone I try to get the music to play on the watch, it tells me to go to amazon.com/us/code and enter a code, but when I go to amazon.com/us/code as advised, it just brings me to my Amazon homepage. 

I have followed every instruction, using the correct apps etc, but just can't get my music onto my phone. I've rebooted, left the phone and watch to sync on full charge etc, but just keep getting this. 

Can anyone please help? It's driving me mental.
