Time way off after soft reset

Hi there,

did anyone else expirience a time slip (in my case 20 min back) after a soft reset (long holding the light button) and without syncing afterwards? I never noticed as I have normally bluetooth on so the watch will sync the time with the phone after a soft reset, but after the last software update and my usual reset in order to prevent any post-update problems, I have seen that I lost 20 min due to the reset. If bluetooth would have been enabled I would not have noticed, but this time is was switched off so the watch could not sync. As soon as I enabled bluetooth it picked up the correct time from the phone......I was a bit suprised as I did not notice it instantly and got up 20 min too late this morning therefor but I can actually reproduce it.....after each softreset the time is set back, sometimes more sometimes less.....

I've experienced this a couple of times after a soft reset, also seen it happen after a software update?

Sync it with my phone and it corrects, also fixes itself if you activate the GPS and allow it to lock.

Not sure why this happens?

I haven't had this happen on my F6, but it happens to my son's Instinct every time his battery dies and he turns it back on. It always corrects itself after syncing with Connect Mobile.

I've seen it. I've also seen it lose some steps from a reset so I make sure to sync beforehand if I can to prevent that. I think a reset clears some of the cached data that has not been synced yet and that might affect the time as well. A sync or GPS connection will fix it.
