Issue tracking system and user feedback

There are multitude of small and annoying bugs in the software. Several of those I have sent to Garmin, but never received a reply from them. So I conclude there is no way to track issues, to know their status. Accepted? Or not accepted? May be in progress or in QA?

So I stopped doing bug reports. Because it's hopeless.

And it's twice as hopeless because it seems that there is no decent development practice in Garmin. May be it's challenging to maintain great architecture of the software while not impacting performance much (which is always a compromise), but why we do not see any issue tracking system available to us?

Still there are people posting and reposting the same bugs under each and every new beta software post from Garmin.
