Bezel scratch

Hello,

after 2 rough hits I managed to get some bad scratches on my Fenix 6 Sapphire Grey edition. Because of the grey colour, scratches are really visible due to the silver base underneath.

Is there any chance Garmin replaces the bezel? I would pay if needed.

If not, is there any chance to get them less visible or something? Tried with permanent marker, not very successful.

My local dealer is not responding...

Just leave them alone.

It shows you are using the watch probably for what its intended for, it shows its been "lived in", rather than as some sort of fashion accessory for photographing the watch face…

Depending where on the bezel the scratches are {top face or sides} you might be able to cover them up with a stick on bezel protector. Examples at Amazon....

If it is the grey edition (the uncoated, like mine ) just invest in a jeweler pad and remove the scratches.
It is done in less than a minute.

Garmin can repair the bezel for a fee yes. You will probably get a new refurbished one and pay something in between.

Of course, everything can be repaired. It's just a matter of the effort. Bezel and LCD are glued to form one unit. Garmin won't repair the bezel.

Not even if you are willing to pay money for it.

Scratches are also not covered by the warranty.

There is no silver base underneath, it is pure (Grade 2) titanium. Softer than steel. But very easy to fix.

I guess a jewelry will take care better of that than Garmin.

Did the sapph manage well the hit?

The coating is grey, and scratches are silver, so I need more like a pain job or something rather than polishing. Yeah, sapph as good as new. T think the bezel sticking out a bit gets most of the hits in scenarios like this
