My wrist circumference is quite slim at 160mm. Any views on which Fenix 6 Pro would be best? 6 Pro (47mm) or 6s Pro (42mm). I've discounted the monster 6X Pro as being too big.

My wrist is about 180mm and I find the F6 quite big and would probably have preferred the 6S but don't forget the battery capacity as well. The 6 has a bigger battery than the 6S and that made the difference for me.
Many thanks for replying. Battery is important to me also, additionally I do a lot of mountain/hill walking so my thinking is the mapping would be better on the 6. Thanks again.
My wrist is also 160 mm. Anything larger than 42 mm just looks ridiculous on it. Not to mention the weight of the bigger watches. My 6s pro already feels rather heavy while running. I've upgraded from a fr 45, which was roughly half the mass of the smallest fenix.
I have a 165mm wrist and intended to buy the 6s, but it just didn't look right when I tried it on. Ended up getting the 6 Pro Sapphire and it is a bit bigger than I'm used to but I think it looks good. I wear it at all day and at work in business/business casual clothes and it doesn't look out of place. It seemed heavy at first, but got used to it real quick and don't notice it at all anymore. When running, just make sure it's tight enough and it doesn't bounce around. The extra battery life and screen size are definitely a huge bonus.
I've also got a 160mm wrist, and been wearing the 6X for almost a year and a half now, I love it. Doesn't feel too big. Bigger screen and battery made it an easy decision for me.
It's very much a personal choice. I have a 175mm wrist and have been using the F3 (about same size as F6X) since 2015 and F6X since 2019 and I find it ok. In your shoes I would go for the F6, not F6s.
In my opinion the thickness of the watch is the problem, not width and height. 13.8, 14,7 and 14.9 (6s, 6, 6X) which isn't that big difference except 6s which is about 1 mm thinner but I doubt that would change the feel and how well it works with a long-sleeved shirt.
It's really great that we have 3 size choices.
Thanks very much for all of your comments, they have been very useful for my decision making. I am going for the 6Pro (47mm) due to the longer battery and bigger display for maps etc. As some of your comments suggest, I’m hoping to get used to the size. Thanks again.
So with the F7 I'm thinking about getting the big one (51mm), while in the past I always had the 47mm. My wrist is 17cm, so rather small, and if I pinch my wrist in its the 47mm watch stopping that and not my actual arm.
More battery sounds great, but I think I should stick with the 47mm version. Or is the widest point (the watchband attachments) the same on both models?
My 47mm F6 Pro is 54mm in length, what's the size of the 6X?
